All photos were taken using a FujiFilm Finepix S5500 Digital SLR Camera. Twirling photos are taken using an exposure of between 0.5 and 3 seconds, while fire breathing photos are typically taken using an exposure between 1/50 and 1/1000 seconds, with the exception of the occasional open exposure breathe photo (see second photo, top row below).

Best results are achieved using a manual focus and ISO settings around 100 for more accurate colours and a less grainy image. A tripod is essential for exposure lengths greater than 1/50.
